[At the hotel, Fiona is just kind of hanging around the lobby, surreptitiously glancing toward the door that leads to the basement while she waits for the little kitty hotel workers to clear out. Someone always seems to be passing by the door, so this is going to require some finesse, she thinks, which could actually work as lesson number one for Maya. It's not exactly picking locks, but sneaking around is just as important!]
Fiona is instantly on edge when Maya just plows over, scrambling to grab her into a hug. A hug that will smash Maya's face into her shoulder, hopefully shutting her up.]
Hahaha, Maya. Good to see you! [And, hissing a whisper:] First lesson: be sneaky.
[Having her face smashed into Fiona's, ahem, shoulder, does shut up her up pretty quickly, partially because she freezes up initially because she has no idea what the fuck is happening, and partially because she is weak to sisterly hugs, even if this is a fake sisterly hug]

[Thank Cat Santa (Santa Claws, obviously) for this, truly. Fiona lets the hug linger for a moment before she's satisfied that Maya will hush enough if she isn't, like, smothering her.
Stepping back, she moves casually toward the door.]
Okay. I'm blocking you from view. Go ahead and open the door real fast and I'll follow you in. [Unless it's locked. Which she didn't even think to check, whoops.]
